The lecture ‘Fundamentals of CAE/CAD’, which was previously offered by the PLCM department, will no longer be available from the coming semester.

Students who have attended this course in the past or would like to attend in future semesters must take this change into account.

Although the lecture will be discontinued, the associated tutorials will continue to be offered. These will now be offered as part of the module ‘Virtual Product Development A: CAD Systems and CAx Process Chains’.

Students who are still interested in practical lessons in CAE/CAD can enrol in this module to attend the corresponding exercises.

Examination still available for a transitional period:

The written exam for the lecture ‘Fundamentals of CAE/CAD’ will still be offered for a few semesters to allow students who have already taken the lecture to take the exam and successfully complete the course.
