Untersuchung der Auswirkungen von Prozessparametern auf das Tiefziehen von Papier
Investigation of the effects of process parameters on the deep drawing of paper
Bachelorthesis, Advanced Design Project (ADP)
The reduction of plastic-based disposable packaging is increasingly being called for both socially and politically and can be achieved, for example, by substituting it with packaging made of paper. The wrinkles that occur during deep drawing and the anisotropic springback are a challenge for use as packaging. In order to be able to observe these effects close to the process, a partially transparent mould is used in a press. The aim of the thesis is to systematically investigate the influence of various process parameters on the forming quality, supported by image and sensor data.
For this purpose, the following work packages are to be processed, which can best be discussed and, if necessary, adapted in a personal meeting:
- Development of a method for the systematic evaluation of the forming quality
- Carrying out deep drawing tests with variation of process parameters
- Evaluation of wrinkle formation and flange draw-in based on an existing evaluation algorithm
