Projects
  • PrometH2eus

The BMBF project PrommetH2eus is part of the hydrogen lead project H2Giga. We are using additive manufacturing to research new electrode concepts and reactor designs for better flow control and higher space-time yields.

  • Clean Circles

In the Clean Circles project, we are working with other researchers from TU Darmstadt and KIT to develop efficient methods for electrochemical iron reduction.

  • HX-electrode

  • MicSurf

In this project we are investigating the processes of filter cake formation in micro-scale surface filtration processes. Our aim is to develop a fundamental understanding of this process.

  • CatIonTrans

Together with the University of Calgary, we are researching fundamental degradation mechanisms in PEM electrolysis and fuel cells. A particular focus is on the migration of catalyst ions into the membrane.
