Daniele Jung completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Information Engineering in Italy at the University of Roma Tre. During his Bachelor´s studies, he participated in the Erasmus Program and spent two semesters at the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule in Regensburg.
After his studies, he worked for two years at SEAT in Barcelona in the area of software testing for control units. His responsibilities included the development of the instrument cluster (SEAT Leon, Skoda Octavia, and VW commercial vehicles).
He further pursued his education at the Technical University of Darmstadt, where he obtained his Master's degree in Energy Science and Engineering (ESE). For his Master's thesis, he designed an automated system for evaluating the stability of electrocatalysts used in the production of hydrogen peroxide via ORR (Oxygen Reduction Reaction).
In July 2023, Daniele Jung joined the PLCM as a research assistant, working on data-driven sustainability.
