Regardless of your nationality, you are an international student applicant if you acquired an international study qualification. This is both, your higher education entrance qualification and, for a Master's programme, also your equivalent Bachelor's degree.
You are always considered an international student applicant if you acquired an international higher education entrance qualification. But you are also considered an international applicant if you obtained your equivalent Bachelor's degree abroad. If one or both of these criteria apply to you, your application will go through the International Admissions Office. There you will find further information on the necessary application documents and the online application.
